Mark has years of experience in event catering – 30 to be precise. He started out as Commis Chef with Sheraton Skyline and has worked on a huge portfolio of memorable events from Concorde receptions to the London 2012 Olympics. In 1999 Mark teamed up with Jeremy Wood to create Mecco and together they have built the company up to be one of the most successful and well-respected of its kind, with Mark taking a heavy influence on the menu writing and dish development as well as heading up the kitchen during all their events.

Justin joined Mecco in 2005, working alongside Mark to develop some of the most innovative and deliverable food in the industry. With experience spanning the lead food role for events such as the Aegon Championships at Queens, Wimbledon, Farnborough International Air show and 2012 Olympics to name but a few. Justin’s practical and systematic approach to food production is fundamental to meeting the exacting requirements of our prestigious clients.
